Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are held in Sherman Oaks, but if you’d prefer a session at your home, travel can be arranged for an additional fee based on distance. The curl call is conducted via Zoom. Reach out for more details!

What do I need to bring to the session?

For in-person sessions, all necessary tools and products will be provided. For virtual sessions, we'll work with items already available at home or those easy to find. If any products are currently in use, they can be brought along to discuss how to incorporate them into the routine.

What if I don’t know my curl type?

No worries! Part of the session is discovering what works best for your unique hair. Everything will be tailored to meet your specific curl needs.

Do you provide the products we’ll use during the session?

What's the biggest difference between the Ringlet Revival and the Curl Call?

The Ringlet Revival is an in-person, hands-on session where all products and tools will be provided. The routine will be completed together with real-time guidance, offering the most comprehensive curl care experience.

The Curl Call is ideal for those unable to attend in person. This virtual session offers personalized advice, and while the routine won’t be covered in real-time, guidance will be provided to successfully try it independently with the products and tools already on hand, along with a list of recommended products to purchase at your convenience.

Both are valuable, but if you can, Ringlet Revival offers the most hands-on support!

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid a fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 25% of the session cost will apply.

Can I book a session as a gift?

Absolutely! A curl session makes a thoughtful gift. Reach out to arrange a personalized gift certificate.

What if I have straightened or heat-damaged hair?

No problem! Together, a routine will be developed to promote healthy growth and enhance natural curls over time.
